There are three plans. Maintain is $50 a month: Cloudflare hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, framework and security patching, and up to two small content edits. Momentum is $200 a month and adds one SEO suburb page and one blog post every month, plus a seasonal refresh each quarter. Scale is $550 a month for four to six suburb pages, four blog posts, a quarterly campaign refresh and 48-hour turnaround.
Which one you need depends on how much work happens each month, not on which package you bought. Any build runs on any plan, and you can move up or down whenever the business moves, effective from your next billing cycle. Above Scale there are custom retainers from $850 a month for businesses publishing at volume. All of them run on Cloudflare's global edge network, with 99.9% uptime, DDoS protection and SSL on every page.
Anything outside your plan is quoted and agreed before it is done, never billed after the fact.

Yes. On top of your monthly plan, SEO suburb pages come in packs of 5 for $350 or 10 for $600, and blog posts in packs of 5 for $300 or 10 for $550. They are one-off purchases, so they suit a content push or a campaign without permanently changing what you pay each month. Packs are available on sites Newcastle Web Co built.
Nothing is held over you. Your files were delivered on completion, so tell us before the next billing date and we hand the complete site across and you can host it wherever you like. The current billing month applies and then you are free. There is no exit fee. Most clients stay because a site nobody touches slowly falls behind.
It is the industry benchmark and it means the site is available virtually all of the time. A static site on Cloudflare sits comfortably above it in practice, because there is no database and no server software to fall over. Outages are rare, short when they do happen, and resolve without you doing anything about it.
Yes. The files are delivered to you on completion and Cloudflare Pages has a free tier that will run a static site at full speed anywhere in the world. We set that up before handover if that is what you want. The monthly plan exists because most business owners would rather the monitoring, the updates and the changes were somebody else's job.
