ENRICH AESTHETICS
A registered nurse cosmetic clinic in Lake Macquarie. The site has to sell a considered decision and stay inside two sets of advertising law while it does it.

The problem
Advertising injectables in Australia answers to both the TGA and AHPRA, and the penalties for getting it wrong are expensive. That rules out most of what a cosmetic clinic would normally reach for: no patient testimonials, hard limits on before-and-after photos, and no naming the prescription-only substances involved. The site had to build trust without any of the usual levers.

The move
The registered nurse credential does the work the testimonials aren't allowed to do, sitting directly under the clinic name where nobody can miss it. Booking is the only primary action on the page. A fully custom Authority build, now 102 pages: 46 suburb pages across the catchment, and 39 nurse-written guides carrying the trust the before-and-afters aren't allowed to, plus llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI search.
We've had a fantastic experience working with Newcastle Web Co. From the initial consultation through to the launch of our website, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They took the time to understand our business and delivered a website that looks great, functions seamlessly, and accurately represents our brand. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and any requests or changes were handled promptly. The ongoing support and advice have been invaluable, and it's clear they genuinely care about achieving the best outcomes for their clients. I highly recommend Newcastle Web Co to any business looking for a reliable and knowledgeable web design and digital marketing partner.
